Implementasi sistem absensi daring berbasis geolocation di ioc telkomsel

Attendance is one of the key aspects in supporting discipline and work productivity, especially in operational environments such as the IOC Telkomsel. This study aims to implement an online attendance system based on geolocation as a digital solution for monitoring employee presence.The system is web-based, developed using PHP programming language, MySQL database, and integrated with OpenStreetMap for real-time location validation.Users simply log into the system, and the system automatically detects their geographic position, which is then compared to a predefined location radius around the IOC Telkomsel. Attendance is recorded only if the user is within the specified radius. The system has been successfully implemented and demonstrates improved accuracy and efficiency in attendance validation compared to conventional methods. This system makes the attendance process more transparent, easier to monitor, and supports centralized digital attendance data management.
