Hubungan Peranan Humas Dengan Pelayanan Tenaga Medis Pada RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru
Services that featured by Medical Persohel is still aquiring a low level, as
we can see by the unsatisfaction that appear in the services system in Arifin
Achmad. After studying the problems background therefore visible purpose of this
research : to discover he employees perspective about social role, to discover he
patiebts perspective about medical personel services in Arifin Achmad, to
discover the relationship of both side.
Layback from all of those purpose, so this research is using quantitative
descriptive research method with 261 population respondence number and sample
lottery that using purposive samplivy technic. Sample wase chose by certain
concideration and according to the purpose of the writer. Thera are 38
respondence of sample in this research. The technic of gathering data that used by
the scientist are questioner, interview, including observation and for the topic
research writer is using correlation product moment analysis.
From the result, found that socialrole and medical personel in Arifin
Ahmad Public Hospital is on the low record. This thing proved on the correlation
coefficient value that written between 0.20 < KK S 0.40, it means there low
relation or weak bit 0.35 point. With r value counted 0.35 and r table 0.529 that
recived from n=36 with a= 0.05 so we know that hypotesys there recived for this
research is hypotesys zero, where there are significant relation between social role
and Medical personel services in Arifin Achmad Public Hospital and the
employees perspective services about social role is still felt less for medical
personel analysis results from each indicator wot got that. The patient perspective
about medical personel in Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru are there's are a lot of
patients that complaining about the services that gave by the medical personel,
example when a patient needs a nurse, they served late even every room bell
provided. Doctor often comes late so the patient had wait for so long to receive an
health service, the administration service is kinder complicated so that patient
already receive a quick treatment and a discriminative treatment between the VIP
class and non VIP class and an unfriendly service that picture by the medical
personel to the patient that treated.
