Aplikasi Berbagai Jenis Pupuk Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Kailan (Brassica aiboglabra)

Kailan is vegetable which many containing vitamin and mineral also has delicious taste. One of way to increasing kailan product are apply organik fertilizer ace from organic waste by using effective microorganism technology. Purpose of this research is to get best fertilizer type having an effect on to growth and produce of kailan. This research has been executed in Crop Laboratory and Research Garden of Agriculture Faculty Riau University during 3 month started september until november 2007. This research applies completely randomized block design with 4 treatment: bokashi (500 g/m), kitchen garbage compose (500 g/m), azolla compose (500 g/m) and pear NPK (23,33 g/m). The research parameter are: plant height (cm), number of leaves (sheet), leaf area (cm2), crop fresh weight (g) and growth rate plant (g/d). The research result for the best fertilizer is azolla compose (500 g/m)
