Kebijakan Turki Bekerjasama Dengan Amerika Serikat Dalam Mengatasi Gerakan Separatis Kurdistan (2002-2007)

This research will explain about Turkey’s policy to cooperate with United
State of America into resolves conflict sparatism in Kurdistan. Turkey as a country
in Middle East which have close relation with USA since after World War II. Turkey
has the same vision in USA in many things the one of the vision is want to make good
government in democracy system. Thus both country has have cooperate in order to
PKK sparatism with democracy and human rights in Kurdistan and to protect civil
society from attacking by PKK.
This research uses behavioral approach to understand about concept in
decision foreign policy by James N. Roseneu, Gavin Boyd, Kenneth W. Thompson.
Theory of decision making from Richard C. Snyder, H. W. Bruck, and Burton Sapin
show basic methodological choices to define the state as its official decision maker
those authoritative act are, to all intents and purposes, the act of the state. State
action is the action taken by those acting in the name of the state. In order to explain
about decision making process we can understand from Graham T. Allison. Level
analysis of this research is group behavior, while the research method is explanative.
The source of data is secondary from library.
The research shows Turkish’s government want to make stability in politics,
economics, and socials life. Reform the military influences in politic to become a
good government by civil leader to building democracy and human right in resolving
conflict in Kurdistan.
