Delivery services is one of the enterprise that developed today, it is marked by numerous of similar businesses struggle for market share delivery services. Many online businesses resulted in the demand for delivery services is also increasing. This is because in the process having the goods until hands of the buyers use delivery services.
One of many exist delivery services are PT.JNE. The research was conducted at PT. JNE Pekanbaru. The research objective was to know the effect price, income per capita, and population to demand delivery services at PT.JNE destination Pekanbaru-Jakarta.
Model analysis of the data used in this study is a multiple linear regression and data used are primary and secondary data. The research results acquired from test F is F count> F table (35.384> 19.2), which means price, per capita income, and population significantly influence the demand for delivery services JNE. The results of calculation the coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.982. It means the price income per capitaand population affects demand for delivery services amounting 98.2%.
