Pengaruh Penempatan Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Melalui Motivasi Kerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Agung Toyota Duri
The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence brought about by variable Placement and Leadership to Employee Performance via employee motivation. The researh was studied at PT. Agung Toyota Duri , located at cross street Duri-Dumai km 4 Duri. The population of this resserch are all employees of PT. Agung Toyota Duri with 106 respondents were selected using a sampling of saturated. This data retrieval by giving the questionnaire on responden.whereas in terms of data analysis, research using path analysis methods by SPPS 17.0.
From the test result that the test hes been performed, the first step is that employee motivation is intervening variables between placement and employee performance. The test results and the second step is job satisfaction is also is intervening variables between leadership and employee performance.
Conclusion of the research is the companies should pay more attention to the placement of emplyees and company’s leadership will be enhance work motivation and employees performance.
