Pengaruh Penempatan Karyawan Dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Penunjang Medis Pada Rumah Sakit Tandun Ptpn V Tapung Hulu Kampar
This research was held in the Tandun PTPN V hospital Tapung Hulu Kampar to determined the effect of outplacement and workload on the employee performance of medical supporting. The study was conducted with a sample of 83 people. The researcher using cencus technique with regression analysis as a device and by giving questionaires to the respondent. While, to get the data analysis, the researcher was used qualitative and quantitative method by using SPSS versi 18.0.
The results showed that the variables of outplacement and workload simultaneously significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, based on t test results partially be known that the results of the t test for variables outplacement was significantly on employee performance, and the t test for variable workload also significant effect on employee performance. Variables Outplacement is the dominant factor affecting the Employee Performance. Of that research result to that Tandun PTPN V Hospital management Tapung Hulu Kampar is more attention again employee Performance and workload on the employee performance of medical supporting, by training and construction that adjusted by job skill and attention again distribution of workload become more evenly to every Employee.
