This study was carried out on the district office employees sungai Mandau in the village muara Kelantan jl.H. Abdurrahman,This study aims to find out how Influence Leadership And Good In Simultaneous monitoring or Partial to discipline officers working at the district officesungai Mandau Siak districts. The population in this studywere employees of the district office sungai mandau Mandau Siak district, totaling 32 people. While the overall population sample that is used for the sample, the analysis method used is descriptive quantitative method using SPSS Version 18.
From the results of the testing that has been done, the simultaneous regression test (Test F) shows that leadership and oversight of simultaneous positive and significant influence on the discipline of work. The partial regression test (t test) showed that the variable Leadership and Supervision partial positive and significant effect on the variable discipline of officers.
