Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Karyawan Pt Bias Nusatama Di Warehouse Duri 125
This study aimed to analyze the effect of partial and simultaneous variable Leadership and Motivation to Discipline of PT Bias Nusatama employees in the Warehouse Duri 125. The study was conducted on 20 September 2013 - January 10 , 2014.
In this study consisted of three variables: the dependent variable and two independent variables . These variables are Work Discipline (Y), Leadership (X1), Workplace Motivation (X2). The study was conducted using a sample of 70 people. Research using census sampling technique by giving questionnaires to the respondent. In terms of data analysis, research using qualitative methods and quantitative methods with SPSS ( Statistical Package for Social Science ) version 20.0.
Unknown variables of leadership and work motivation on employee discipline PT.Bias Nusatama at Warehouse 125 Duri and partial effect simultaneously . Evident from Simultaneous test (Uji-F) , F value is greater than the F table of the partial test results (Uji-t) obtained Leadership variable (X1) with t value for 8.075 with greater than 2,000 ttable and Work Motivation Variables ( X2 ) with a t value of 3.696 is greater than 2.000 ttabel. The coefficient of determination ( R2 ) of 69.50 % and the remaining 30.5 % is influenced by other factors not examined in this study .
The dominant variables influence on employee discipline of PT Bias Nusatama at Warehouse 125 is a variable Duri Leadership Thus it can be interpreted that the variable Leadership and Work Motivation positive and significant impact on employee discipline PT Bias Nusatama bias in Warehouse Duri 125 . Leadership and Motivation Work so good and the quality is able to improve the discipline of employees working in the Warehouse PT Bias Nusatama Duri 125
