Kinerja Pelayanan Publik Pada Kantor Camat Rumbai Kota Pekanbaru
The execution of public services in Indonesia is still far from the expectation of its people. The longing to get better public services seems nowhere to be achieved. In order to achieve better public services according to the expectation of its people, it needs to be supported by better performance as well. This research explains about The Performance of Public Services in Rumbai Sub-district Office, Pekanbaru. Where in this research, writer found some problems; Response aspect, which are still lack of response and pococurante act from the bureaucracy employees towards the people. Responsibility aspect, still has not met the interest of public over personal interest. Accountability aspect, less active in giving and providing people the solutions they need over the administrative documents. Public services play important role to an organization, hence the good and bad of an organization depends on the public satisfaction towards its performance and services that an organization gave.
The objective of this research is to analyze the Performance of Public Services in Rumbai Sub-district Office, Pekanbaru. In order to analyze the public services performance, writer used the theory of ChaiziNasucha, which is viewed from the responsive, responsibility, and accountability aspects.
This research was conducted in Rumbai sub-district office, Pekanbaru, with the resources of this research was sub-district chairman, sub-district secretary, governance section, public services and act section, law and order section, PMK section, and as well as public welfare section. In the collection of data, a qualitative approach was used with the methods of observations and depth interviews, after obtaining the data, and then the analysis was conducted descriptively.
Thus in conclusion was found that the performance of sub-district office in giving public services is still not yet done well and affected by some factors, such as leadership, culture of the organization, capability of the organization, as well as internal factors.
