The results of research conducted on general terminal function the existing condition Terminal Bandar Laksamana Indragiri at Tembilahan City innefective this is because leve of service terminal not yet quality standards of the passenger terminal, low service levels, as well as facilities provided for ease in reaching terminal (accessibility) which is not yet available. Of several factors that influence effectiveness of the use of the Terminal Bandar Laksamana Indragiri at Tembilahan City the factors that most influence ineffectiveness of functions Terminal Bandar Laksamana Indragiri due to the accessibility factor.Unavailability of local public transport such as “angkot” to the terminal makes it difficult user terminal esspecially society in using terminal as a means of transportation.
