Pengawasan Limbah Cair Rumah Sakit Oleh Badan Lingkungan Hidup Kota Pekanbaru Tahun 2014-2015

This study aims to identify and analyze the supervision of hospital wastewater in the city of Pekanbaru. In fact there are many hospitals that have not complied with such as not having waste water treatment tools but get permission control of hospital wastewater. Study of the phenomenon, the formulation of this research is how the supervision of hospital wastewater in the city of Pekanbaru and bagaimanah mechanism wastewater treatment hospitals and the impact of liquid waste to masarakat and with the environment. This study uses the theory Sukanto.
This research uses descriptive analysis method. Pegumpulan engineering data is by observation, interview, and literature study. Key informants of this research are Badan Lingkngan Hidup Pekanbaru, Pekanbaru City Health Department under the supervision of hospital wastewater, the hospital and the community concerned.
These results indicate that not maximal supervision of wastewater in the city of Pekanbaru be undertaken by the Environment Agency of Pekanbaru. This looks still the hospital who have to process the waste properly. As well as not optimal implementation mechanisms liquid waste treatment hospital in Pekanbaru.
The conclusion of this study mention the conduct of supervision in doing Environment Agency has not been maximized because the Environment Agency has not been thorough in monitoring the hospital, the mechanism of wastewater treatment hospitals still lack human resources expert and qualified in the field of control of liquid waste home sick.
