Pengaruh Threat Emotions, Brand Trust Terhadap Keputusan Membeli Dan Kepuasan Pelanggan Deodoran Merek Rexona Pada Remaja Putri Di Kota Pekanbar
The research was conducted in Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of threat emotion, and brand trust on purchase decisions and to determine the influence of threat emotion and brand trust to the consumer satisfaction also to determine the influence buying decisions on consumer satisfaction of Rexona deodorant in Pekanbaru. The population in this study are the teens consumers that use Rexona deodorant. The number of samples are 90 respondents. To analyse the data is use path analysis models. The study states that the threat emotion and brand trust are significantly influence to the purchase decision of Rexona deodorant in Pekanbaru. Threat emotion and brand trust are significantly affect customer satisfaction of Rexona deodorant in Pekanbaru. Threat emotion and brand trust through purchase decisions significantly affect costumer satisfaction of Rexona deodorant in Pekanbaru.
