Analisis Nilai Tambah Produk Olahan Buah Durian Di Kabupaten Bengkalis(Studi Kasus: Industri Pengolahan Buah Durian Pada Ud. Kemas Desa Wonosari Barat Kecamatan Bengkalis)
This research is a case study have conducted at UD. Kemas West wonosari Village Bengkalis of District and Bengkalis of Regency by reasons in processing of durian fruits UD. Kemas have been helped by machines, orderly of packaging and also have listed at Official of Health and MUI halal of legal certificate. At this time output from UD. Kemas have been become one of the souvenir food tourism at Bengkalis Regency. The aims of this research are to know the amount of profits, efficiency and additional value from processed effort durian fruits become processed producted like dodol durian and lempuk durian at UD. Kemas industry West wonosari village, Bengkalis of District and Bengkalis of Regency. Method used in computation additional value, the amount of profits and the efficiency by methodR/C Ratio. Data analysis used with additional value analysis, the amount of profit and efficiency of ratio. The result of analysis shows that processing of dodol durian and lempuk durian fruits each ones production processed have given profits amount of severally dodol durian Rp 385.659,37 whereas lempuk durian (2.145.774,99). The computation of efficiency level, durian fruit processing have efficiency level in amount severally dodol durian 1,2 meanwhile lempuk durian 2,16. The process of durian fruit had givne gross of additional value severally of amount dodol durian Rp 804.000 and lempuk durian Rp 2.562.000, net of additional value dodol durian Rp 723.581,74 and lempuk durian Rp 2.486.824,4, raw material of additional value dodol durian Rp 100.500 and lempuk durian Rp 42.700, labors additional value dodol durian Rp 40.200 and lempuk durian Rp 128.100.
