SD Negeri 012 Marginal originally Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar (SBK) is developing into SD Negri 012. In the development of this school's existence can not be separated from the social capital of the communities sakai tribes and also the organizer. This research was conducted in the village of Minas Minas Originally Subdistrict Siak. The purpose of this study was to uncover the existing social capital in the community in developing an SD Negeri 012 Marginal.
This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. Descriptive research is research that aims to uncover the facts, circumstances, and phenomena. disclosures related to this study of social capital in developing SDN 012 Marginal. Therefore, the author will take the research subject of neighbors, teachers, and also Public Relations of PT. Chevron. Moreover, I also will develop concepts, collect data and facts that occurred in the study area. Data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews and observation, while data analysis techniques using descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques of Miles and Huberman, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion.
Based on the implementation of the results of research, development of SD Negeri 012 Marginal inseparable from the role of local communities that have a local culture that prioritizes the nature of trust, social norms and social networks. School Development is the implementation, there are constraints on the social capital that is the lack of trust and different norms and tilapia from migrant communities and society Sakai, besides there are also problems of external factors, namely, the difficulty to the location, the perception is not good against tribal sakai and assistance are less than the maximum ,constraints internal factors, namely, lack of confidence, lack of good leadership, resources Man is not good and poor management.
