This paper discusses about make information system IT Support Web Based at PT.PLN (Persero) Wilayah Riau and Riau Island. IT Support Information System is used for reporting and documenting employee damages and helps simplify employee in reporting their complaints and help expedite the reporting of complaints or damage to the existing IT at PT PLN (Persero) of Riau and Riau Islands. This information system using current programming languages HTML, PHP and MySQL as a database. To use traditional system design flowchart, context diagrams, charts tiered (Hirarchy Chart), DFD (Data Flow Diagram), data dictionary, and E-R diagram (Entity Relationship).
