The purpose of this research is to know influence of information asymmetry, independent board of commissioner, audit committee, and leverage to management practice profit on real estate company and property listed in bei year 2013-2015. The population in this study are all companies listed in indonesia stock exchange (bei). based on the criteria specified, obtained 26 real estate companies and properties used as samples in this study.
