This project discusses the system of exam registration information on a web-based TOEFL test laboratory UR Language Unit. The registration process on a laboratory test TOEFL test Discuss UR Unit still uses a manual system. The disadvantage of this system is the implementation process that takes time and effort, the process of inputting data of relatively old and less effective. Developing this information system by using a programming language web PHP, CSS, jQuery and MySQL as a database, while its design using a flowchart system, context diagrams, charts tiered (Hierarchy Chart), DFD (Data Flow Diagram) data dictionary, ER diagram (Entity relationship). This system can easaty and speed up the process of the performance of employees Language Unit UR in the management of the execution of a test of the TOEFL test. The system can also mebantu students in the registration process as well as get the TOEFL test exam exam results can be viewed online.
