This final project is about making practical work scheduling information system at Health Polytechnic Riau. Practical work scheduling information system is an information system for the manufacture of students’ practical work schedule. Practical work scheduling information system used data of students, supervisor, place and other relevant data for the purposes of making a schedule practical work. This system is capable of processing and storing data permanently in practical work in the database. This system can simplify and increase the efficiency and effectiveness in the manufacturing schedule practical work. The making of work scheduling information system involves the use HTML programming language, PHP, and MySQL as the database, and run on the network. Besides, flowchart, diagram context, tiered diagram (hierarchy chart), DFD (data flow diagrams), data dictionary, and E-R diagram (Entity Relationship) are used in its design.
