Pengaruh Good Governance, Sistem Pengendalian Intern Pemerintah Dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah Daerah (Studi Pada Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah Kabupaten Rokan Hilir)

This study aims to determine the effect of good governance, internal control systems of goverment on the performance and style of leadership of local government in local government rokan downstream. Performance measurement data can be used to improve future programs. Performance measurement of government agencies is intended to increase akunbilitas, transparency, organizational management and improvement of service to the community. Moreover, the purpose of performance measurement is to improve internal decision making and resource allocation. The independent variables in this study a Good Governance, Goverment Internal Control System, Leadership Style and the dependent variable of this research on is the Government Performance. The populations used in this study are government officials who, under the Rokan Hilir District Secretary is 31 SKPD in Rokan Hilir. Sample were selected using the method of survey questionnaires were 124 respondents. The results showed that all hypothesis is accepted. The results show that good governance, internal control systems of government and leadership style showed a significant impact on government performance. In this study the effect size of the 0138 R Square inflicted indicates that the variable good governance, control systems internal government and leadership styles simultaneously explain the variable performance of 13.8% while the remaining 86.2% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
