This research was conducted on staff / staff working in OPD Kampar district. Research includes quantitative research. The type of data used in this study is primary data, ie data derived from the next source in teknk collection of Purposive Sampling is the technique of sampling with a certain consideration with the respondents sebamya 100 employees who work in Kampar district. data processing using SPSS software.This study aims to examine the effect of budgetary participation on the performance of public organizations, the influence of organizational commitment on the performance of public organizations and the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of public organizations.The result of the research shows that the participation of budget formation with the performance of public organization have positive and significant relationship with value 0.000 1,996 t table, organizational commitment with kineja public organization have positive and significant relation with significance value 0,002 1.996 t table, organizational culture with the performance of public organizations have a positive and significant relationship with a significance value of 0.029 1.996 t table and job satisfaction with the performance of public organizations have a positive and significant with a significance value of 0.005 1.996 t table.
