Hubungan Kualitas Interaksi Orangtua – Anak Dengan Interaksi Teman Sebaya
The purpose of this research is to know the description of quality of parent interaction with child, to know picture of interaction of child with peers and to know the relation of quality of parent-child interaction with peer interaction at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru.Teknik data retrieval in this research using questionnaire method, Collect data on parent-child interaction and child interactions with peers. Research subjects were all students of class X SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru which amounted to 370 people, but researchers only take 50% of students class X. Determination of the sample by using Random Sampling technique. Data analysis is done by using percentage and correlation technique Pearson product moment.Where researchers Choose class X students because of the results of the phenomenon in the field. The results showed that the interaction of parents with children is in good category that is equal to 49.19% and interaction of children with peers are in good category that is equal to 81,08%. There is a positive relationship between parent-child interactions with peer interactions. This is evidenced by the correlation value of 0.709 and the value of p = 0.00.
The conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) The quality of parent and child interaction is in good category (2) The interaction of children with peers is in good category (3) The relationship between the quality of parent-child interaction with peer interactions where the quality of the relationship Parent-child then the better the relationship with peers, and vice versa.
