Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus Pada Hotel Ratu Mayang Garden Pekanbaru)
Work environment is everything that exists in the worker's environment that can influence itself in carrying out the tasks charged, a good working environment leads to fellow co-workers support each other to complete the work assigned to them. In order to work together an employee must have a high commitment to the organization, organizational commitment can grow when the needs of employees are met by the organization well. Furthermore, with the fulfillment of employee needs will cause job satisfaction for employees.
This research was conducted at Hotel Ratu Mayang Garden Pekanbaru which is located at Jl. Sudirman No. 11, Pekanbaru. Permasalahan in this study is the number of employees who go in and fluctuate in Hotel Ratu Mayang Garden Pekanbaru, in the last 5 years.
This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Work Environment and Organizational Commitment Against Employee Satisfaction (Case Study at Hotel Ratu Mayang Garden Pekanbaru). Working environment as variable (X1) Organizational Commitment as variable (X2) and Job Satisfaction as (Y). Method in this research is descriptive and quantitative by using program SPSS 20. The sample used is 92 employees consisting of 10 departments. Determine the sample using census research method. Data collection technique through questionnaire.
The results of analysis using multiple linear regression, t test, and test f. It can be seen that the Work Environment has significant effect on Employee Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, and Work Environment and Organizational Commitment have a significant effect on Employee Satisfaction.
