Meningkatkan Kemampuan Mengenal Konsep Bilangan Melalui Permainan Bola Keranjang Pada Anak Usia 4-5 Tahun Di TK Negeri Pembina Desa Sejangat Kecamatan Bukit Batu Kabupaten Bengkalis
This research is motivated by children who are not eagedr to finish or
worked on activities so they ask for help from friends and even teachers to
completed the activities. The purpose of this study to determine the increasing
ability to recognize the concept of numbers in children 4-5 years through
basketball game in TK Negeri Pembina Desa Sejangat Kecamatan Bukit Batu
Kabupaten Bengkalis. The subject of this research is TK Negeri Pembina Desa
Sejangat Kecamatan Bukit Batu Kabupaten Bengkalis age 4-5 years amounting to
15 people consisting of 6 male and 9 female. Classroom action research is
conducted in 2 cycles consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection.
The time of the study was conducted from February to June 2017, throug data
collection instrument that is teacher observation sheet dan child observation.
Before doing the research, from the observation there are still many children who
have not been able to play basketball well. In general children have not been able
to play basketball that has been practiced by the teacher and the childs still can
not answer some questions from the teacher. Observations used by teacher aim to
see an improvement in the ability to recognize the concept of numbers obtained by
children during play activities. Before the teacher performs the average action
ability of the child is still low with a percentage of 36,67% with the category MB
(began to grow), whereas in the first cycle the children’s leraning achieves
50,00%. Based on the results of reflection cycle 1 there has been an increase
when compared with leraning outcomes achieved by children on pre cycle with
the difference of 13,33%. See from the result of first cycles is not as expected then
it needs follow up action cycle II. Cycle II is using a lesson plan that must be
prepared by looking at lack of deficiencies during cycle I for the results obtained
by children more leverage. From the observations made and the results of the
assessment seen the ability to recognize the concept of the number of children has
increased compared with cycle I. Obsevation results show that the ability of
children increases from 50,00% in cycle I to 71,38% in cycle II with criteria BSH
( Evolving as Expected). Based on the results of actions in cycle I and cycle II
show the ability to recognize the concept of numbers in children aged 4-5 years
can be improved through the game basketball.
