This research has a purpose : to know the Asset Management Fire At Fire Departement In Bagansiapiapi Rokan Hilir Regency, and to know the factors that become obstacles in asset management at Fire Agency in Bagansiapiapi of RokanHilir Regency. This study uses Doli Siregar's theory with indicators: Inventory of assets, legal audit, asset valuation, asset optimization, and supervision and control. This research uses qualitative research method descriptive approach. Informants of this research are: Kapala General and Staffing, Head of Emergency and Logistics, Head of Prevention and Preparedness, Fire Brigade Team. Data collection techniques in this study with interviews, observation, and documentation.
The results of research conducted by researchers can be concluded that the management of firefighting assets is not maximal, it is based on the Asset Management Fire At Fire Departement In Bagansiapiapi Rokan Hilir Regency : has not done inventory of physical aspects, is waiting for all juridical completeness, does not have any completeness of asset legality, Only limited supervision in terms of storage and utilization. In addition, there has not been an assessment of assets either by the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) or independent auditors who get outsoursing from the government, the cost of doing maintenance and repair no budget. Factors affecting the management of firefighting assets are: human resources, policy, commitment.
