Based on the background of the problem, it can be formulated a formulation of the problem that is, how the Management of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in the Village of Tanjung Koto Kampar Hulu Subdistrict Kampar regency, what factors affect the Village Fund Allocation Management (ADD) in the Village Tanjung Koto Kampar Sub- Hulu Kampar District.

The type used in this study is qualitative with descriptive survey techniques, through this method will obtain data and information about the picture of a phenomenon, facts, nature, and the relationship of certain phenomena in a comprehensive and integral. The location of this research was conducted in Desa Tanjung Koto Kampar Hulu sub-district, Kampar regency. The informant is the Head of Tanjung Village, the Secretary of Tanjung Village Head, and the community.

Result of research The implementation of Village Fund Allocation Fund (ADD) in Physical Development of Tanjung Village can be concluded based on indicator that is; the planning that has been done is not in accordance with the village finances or APBDes from the central government provide so much unfinished development, organizing the management of the allocation of village funds is to build the appropriate village infrastructure and improvement of village community services by maintaining and building good service support facilities and well implemented, the guidance of the management of the allocation of village funds that became the reference of success for the availability of facilities and infrastructure of the village that functioned well and increasing the satisfaction of services perceived by the village community increased this indicator can indicate the success of the management of Village Fund Allocation, supervision conducted by the community the village is still not visible even people tend not to care about the program.
