Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Kompetensi Pegawai Terhadap Komitmen Organisasional Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai Pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Rokan Hilir
This study aims to determine how the influence of leadership variables and
employee competencies either directly or indirectly to organizational commitment in
improving employee performance at Regional Revenue Agency of Rokan Hilir.
The population in this study is all civil servants and prospective civil servants
Regional Revenue Agency of Rokan Hilir. While the sample determination used is the
census method. Thus, the number of research samples as many as 104 respondents.
Methods of data collection in this study include questionnaires and interviews.
Testing data analysis used is Test Validity, Reliability Test and Inferential Test. While
the method of analysis used for testing variables in this study is Structural Equation
Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.0 software.
The results of the study found that leadership has a direct influence on
employee performance, employee competency directly influence to employee
performance and organizational commitment have a direct affect on employee
performance. While indirectly, organizational commitment has mediation role on the
influence of leadership on employee performance and organizational commitment
has mediation role on the influence of employee competency on employee
performance. The improvement of leadership effectiveness and employee competency
are recommanded in order to optimize employee performance and organizational
commitment.
