Hasil Belajar Psikomotor Fisika Siswa Sma Dengan Menggunakan Media Simulasi Virtual Phet
Abstract: The study was aimed to both determine the students learning outcomes in Physics psychomotor by using media virtual simulation PhET and to know the differences the students outcomes in physics psychomotor between using media virtual simulation PhET and experiment. This study used Quasi Experimental research design with the Posttest – Only Control Groups Design. The population of this study was all of grade X students of SMAN 4 Pekanbaru, in which the sample was class X.1 as the experimental class with 31 students and class X.2 as the control class with 31 students. The data was based on the posttest score of Physics psychomotor analyzed by descriptive and inferential analysis. The data analysis showed that the students’ outcomes in experimental class were higher than the control class in each psychomotor indicator with the average percentage of 90.68 that was categorized as a Grade category. Based on the inferential analysis by using independent sample t-test gained the significance was about 0.310 and t-count 1.025. Because of and t-count < t-table then the hypothesis was accepted, therefore there were no significant differences between the use of media virtual simulation PhET and experiment toward the students outcomes in Physics psychomotor with a level of trust was 95 %. In conclusion, media virtual simulation PhET as well as experiment could be used in learning Physics to determine the students Physics psychomotor.
