The purposes of this research to know use of cost, production, income, and break event point value business of Sugarcane Juice in Tampan district Pekanbaru city. Sampling method used purposive sampling method is the way of sampling criteria based on long of business, type of drink, type of work, and tools used. Methods of data collection is done by observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques used to calculate the income and efficiency level of farming business Siam citrus planting using R / C Ratio analysis tool. Research results obtained total cost, income, profit and break event point business of Sugarcane Juice. Total production cost business of Sugarcane Juice Rp.43.382.718, - / month with average production cost of Rp. 2.160.726, - / month. Total business income Rp. 22.369.349, - / month with average income of each respondent Rp. 1.118.467, - / month. R / C Ratio Value of Sugarcane Juice 1.51 business is feasible to contineu. The value break event points of business in the number of cups is 341 to get a break even point. The value break event points of business in rupiah is Rp. 1.704.617, to get a break even point.
