Perbedaan Tingkat Kecemasan Ibu Primigravida Dan Multigravida Pada Trimester Iii
Anxiety is an individual form of emotion that is related to the feeling threatened by something, which is characterized by feelings of fear and concern for primigravida and multigravida. Primigravida anxiety is caused by new experiences that have never been experienced and are afraid of not being able to take care of her pregnancy, while anxiety in multigravida is caused by pregnancy previous experience and social support. The purpose of this study is to find out differences in anxiety levels between primigravida and multigravida mothers in the trimester III. This study was an observational analytic with cross sectional approach. Sample taken using a purposive sampling technique with a sample of 42 people consisting of 21 primigravidas and 21 multigravidas. Measuring instrument used HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale). Data were analyzed by Independent T Test. The results showed higher levels of primigravida anxiety mutigravida compared with the average (mean) of 29.19, while in multigravida mean (mean) of 23.85. The statistical test results obtained p value 0.02
