Implementasi Sema Nomor 4 Tahun 2011 Dalam Penetapan Justice Collaborator Ditingkat Penyidikan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Di Lingkungan Direktorat Kriminal Khusus Polda Riau Tahun 2016-2017

This study aims to analyze the implementation of SEMA Number 4 of 2011 In the establishment of justice collaborator at the level of investigation of corruption in the area of the Special Criminal Directorate of Riau Regional Police in 2016-2017 and the cause of the Special Criminal Directorate of the Riau Regional Police did not establish a Justice Collaborator at the Corruption Investigation Level in the year 2016-2017. This study uses an empirical normative legal research method in which the data collected is analyzed with sentences associated with existing theories.
The results showed that in the Determination of the Justice Collaborator at the Level of Investigation of Corruption Crimes in the Environment of the Special Criminal Directorate of the Riau Regional Police in 2016-2017 that in the SEMA the investigator of the Special Criminal Directorate of the Riau Regional Police had to determine the justice colaborator, such as two cases: corruption of Bengkalis Regency Government Funds Funds in 2012 and corruption cases of Dumai City Goods Terminal Retribution Receipt in 2015 Budget Year at the Transportation Office of Dumai City. So that in the determination, the perpetrator can be invited to collaborate to expose the criminal acts of corruption he did together with other actors.
