Pengaruh Inovasi Teknologi Dan Kompetensi Aparatur Terhadap Kinerja Organisasi Yang Dimoderasi Oleh Kepemimpinan : Studi Pada Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Provinsi Riau
This research aimed to examine influenced of technological innovation, servant competency, leadership and leadership’s moderation effect to organizational performance of Planning and Development Board (Bappeda) of Riau Province.
The population in this research are the civil servants of Bappeda of Riau Province. The sampling method used in this research is Proportioned Stratified Random Sampling method. The amount of in this research are 114 respondents. These hypotheses are analysed with Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) by using Smart PLS version 3.0.
The result of this research show : first, technological Innovation, leadership, and technological innovation moderated by leadership have positive effect and significant to organizational performance while servant competency and servant competency moderated by leadership have not significant effect to organizational performance. Second, leadership and servant competency have positive effect and significant to technological innovation. The amount of effect (R2) technological innovation, leadership, servant competency, technological innovation moderated by leadership, and servant competency moderated by leadership to organizational performance are 70,36%, while 29,64% others effected by another variables did not examined in this research. The amount of effect (R2) leadership and servant competency to technological innovation are 56,719% while 43,281% others effected by another variables did not examined in this research.
