Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Dan Loyalitas Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dan Kinerja Perusahaan Pada Perusahaan Kontraktor PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia
Chevron as a big company have a tend to supervice the contract company to fulfill the satisfaction of it’s employees, while the finding of this research show that there is the lack of satisfaction and low of loyalty so that it caused inoptimalized of both employees’ and organizational’s performance that make Chevron Company can produce and work ineffectively.
This research is quantitative research design, that has population of 931 employees of Chevron’s Contract Company. Using slovin method, the sample of this research contain of 134 employees, that respond to the questionnaire using 5 scale Likert. The data analyze using descriptive and Partial Least Square Method approach to answer the research problem.
This research result show that both work satisfaction and loyalty have positive and significant effect to employees’ performance. But, work satisfaction show non-significant effect to organizational’s performance. This research also find that lack of satisfaction and low of loyalty that make the contract company work ineffectively, so that this research suggest that the contract company have to has a wise approach so that it can increase the employees’ performance and organizational performance.
