Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Maintenance PT Riau Pulp Di Pelalawan
The research was conducted in the maintenance section of PT Riau Pulp Pelalawan. The purpose of knowing and analyzing the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation on the performance of PT Riau Pulp's maintenance department employees in Pelalawan.
The population in this study were all employees in PT Riau Pulp's Maintenance Pulp Business Unit, totaling 128 people. Determination of the sample was carried out using census method so that all members of the population as many as 128 employees at the Pulp Maintenance Business Unit of PT Riau Pulp were taken as research samples. The type of data used in this study is in the form of primary data sourced from the questionnaire. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 21 for windows.
The results concluded that, partially the leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation had a significant influence on the performance of PT Riau Pulp's maintenance department employees in Pelalawan. Whereas simultaneously the three independent variables consisting of leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely employee performance, the magnitude of the variation in the contribution of all independent variables to employee performance and correlational leadership style variables have the greatest influence on employee performance.
