Pengaruh Disiplin, Budaya Organisasi, Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dengan Komitmen Organisasional Sebagai Variabel Moderating Pada Dit Reskrim Narkoba Polda Riau
The massive user of Drugs and Narcotics ini Indonesia with approximately 3.1-3.6 million user, has increase higly to massive scale, and need to be solved and prevent by high scale of Police officer performance. This research finding show that there is a decrease of Police Narcotics Department performance in case solver, expecially in Riau’s Police District
The research design used was explanatory research. Population of this research is Riau District Police Officer Narcotics and Drugs, amount of 160, and the samples using sensus method, that respond to questioner of research instrument
The result of this research show that Dicipline and Work Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment has positive and significant effect to Employee Performance. This research finding that Organizational Culture has non-significant effect to Employee Performance, but has significant effect to Employee Performance with Organizational Commitment as intervening variable.
Based on the the result of this research, the management of police suggest to consider the factor that has been explained, and for the future research can citied this research model and expand the model more.
