This study aims to look at the feasibility of establishing, small fried banana kipas business in Pekanbaru city terms of marketing, supply of raw materials, socio-economic side and the financial side. This research was conducted ini Pekanbaru. The object of research of small fried banana kipas business in Pekanbaru city. Data were analyzed with descriptive analysis to look at the feasibility of fried banana kipas business in terms of marketing, raw materials supply, socio-economic and quantitative data analysis to look at the feasibility of fried banana kipas business of financial, namely using of Net Present Value, Benefit Cost Ratio, Internal Rate of Return, and Payback Period. Results of research conducted on 8 respondens note that the feasibility of fried banana kipas business from the aspect of marketing included in the category of decent. From the aspect of raw materials establishment fried banana kipas business feasible to set. From the aspect of socio-economic fried banana kipas business worthy to open and generate profits, fried banana kipas business of financial aspect results Net Present Value is Rp 25.057.839 billion>0, then fried banana kipas business feasible to set. Value Benefit Cost Ratio is 1,03>1, then fried banana kipas business feasible to set. Value Internal Rate of Return is 34,2%>12%, then fried banana kipas business feasible to set in Pekanbaru city. Value Payback Period is 2 years 4 months 6 days.
