Pengaruh Pekerjaan Orang Tua Dan Pendidikan Orang Tua Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Dengan Jiwa Berwirausaha Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Kasus Mahasiswi Jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Riau)

This research was conducted in the Management Department of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Riau. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variables of Parent's job and Parent’s Educational on Entreprenuership spirit with Entrepreneurship As Intervening Variables. The sample in the study was conducted with Purpose Sampling, which made the entire population a sample of 69 female students.
The research's variables studied were Parent's job and Parent’s Educational as an independent variable, Entrepreneurship as an intervening variable and Entrepreneurship spirit as the dependent variable. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and path analysis (Phat analysis) using the SPSS program.
The results of the study concluded that the Parent's job variable was categorized as Low, Low Parent Educational, High Student entrepreneurship and High Entrepreneurship Spirit. Simultaneously and partial Parent's job, Parent's Educational and Entrepreneurship have a significant effect on Entrepreneurshipl spirit. The calculation of the determination coefficient (R2) is 0.821. It means that the percentage of influence of Parent's job, Parent's Education, and Entrepreneurship on the spirit of Entrepreneurship is 82.1%. While the remaining 17.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this model
