Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Pt. Tunggal Perkasa Plantation Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu
This study aims to examine the effect of leadership and compensation on employee performance through employee job satisfaction in PT. Tunggal Perkasa Plantation Regency Indragiri Hulu, totaling 110 people.
Data collection in this study uses questionnaire surveys with sampling techniques for this study using (saturation) that is taking the entire population, then sampled. The questionnaire was distributed to 110 respondents from the field section of PT. Trinity Perkasa Plantation in Indragiri Hulu Regency, so that it could be used and processed as a whole. The collected data is processed using Path Analysis between leadership and compensation for employee performance through employee job satisfaction.
The results showed that: 1) leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) employee job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) leadership and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee job satisfaction, 5) influential compensation positive and significant impact on employee performance through employee job satisfaction.
