Pengaruh Disiplin, Kepuasan Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Riau Fantasi Labersa Waterpark Pekanbaru

This research aims determine the influence of work discipline, job satisfaction and work motivation to employee performance on Riau Fantasi Labersa Waterpark Pekanbaru.
The population in this study were employees of Riau Fantasi Labersa Waterpark Pekanbaru amount to 67 peoples. sampling technique using census, data tested by using instrumentality test of validity test, test of reliability and test of classical assumption. The analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS 23 for windows program.
The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance directly. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance directly. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance directly. Work discipline, job satisfaction and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance simultantly. The coefficient of determination (R2) equal to 0,650. Mean is that the influence of work discipline, job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance is equal to 65%.
