This study aims to examine the effect of Work Experience, the Level of Education, and Government Support on the performance of cooperative of Teachers and employees at schools in Pekanbaru city.
The population were all Cooperative management staff, whose status are still in active in Pekanbaru city from 27 Cooperatives of 82 people. The saturated sampling method is used to take sample by which all number of the population are regarded as sample. The statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) is applied to analyze the collected data.
The results of this study indicate that: (1) work experience has a significant positive effect on the cooperative performance, (2) the level of education does not have a significant effect on the cooperatives performance, and the (3) the government support contributes positively to cooperative performance
