Analisis Pengaruh Kualitas Website Terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna Dan Keputusan Pembelian (Studi Pada Website PT. LINELINKCORP)
High competition in online business enforce business owner to be more creative in managing their websites as a main online representative platform. PT Linelinkcorp successfully has increasing its website visitor number but has dropped it sales annually. This research aims to determine the effect of these three factors of website quality on customer satisfaction and purchase intentions from its clients in Pekanbaru City.
The population in this study are the clients of PT Linelinkcorp in Pekanbaru City who has subscribed more than one years. The method of determining the number of samples was done using Cohen’s method and total of 80 samples were collected through online questionnaires. The research model was tested using SmartPLS version 3 software for partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM).
The results showed that: (1) There are significant effect on website quality, design quality, and usage quality towards on customer satisfaction. (2) There are significant effect on website quality, design quality, and usage quality towards on purchase intention. (3) There are positive impact on customer satisfaction to purchase intention.
Related to the results and discussion of this study, it is expected that further research shall conducted to examine more independent and dependent variables. Moreover, comprehensive research might be needed, especially for more contributing model with another factors and different tools analysis. In an effort to anticipate the intense competition and customer retention, PT. Linelinkcorp management should arrange a special division to enhance and develop website competencies, such an emergency and website management skill.
