Analisis Perbandingan Tingkat Kompensasi, Kepemimpinan, Dan Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pada Hotel Bintang Lima Di Provinsi Riau
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, leadership, and job satisfaction on employee performance at Five Star Hotels in Riau Province. Where in this study the population is all employees in Five Star Hotels in Riau Province as many as 241 people. In conducting this research the author took a sample of a population of 150 employees and processing data using multiple linear regression methods with the SPSS program.
Based on the discussion and results of the study, a number of conclusions can be made as follows: Compensation, leadership, and job satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Five Star Hotels in Riau Province. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Five Star Hotels in Riau Province, leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Five Star Hotels in Riau Province, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Five Star Hotels in Riau Province.
