Pengaruh Pengetahuan Perkoperasian, Kompetensi Manajerial, Dan Kompetensi Kewirausahaan Terhadap Partisipasi Anggota Dan Dampaknya Terhadap Kinerja KPRI Di Lingkungan Instansi Vertikal Kota Pekanbaru

This research aimed to examine the effect of cooperative knowledge, managerial competence, and entrepreneurial competence to members participation and their impact on the performance of KPRI in the environment of vertical institutions in Pekanbaru.
The population were all of KPRI administrators who were still active in the Pekanbaru vertical institution environment of 24 KPRI with 80 administrators. Sampling uses a saturated sampling method, in which are the population were regarded as sample. The tool used in analyzing data is the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS).
The results indicated that: (1) cooperative knowledge and entrepreneurial competence affected the participation of members, while managerial competence did not affect members participation, (2) cooperative knowledge, entrepreneurial competence, and members participation influenced performance, while managerial competence did not have effect on performance, and (3) members participation was able to mediate the influence of cooperative knowledge and entrepreneurial competence on performance, but it could not mediate the influence of managerial competence on performance.
