Pengaruh Motivasi, Kemampuan Dan Peluang Usaha Terhadap Kinerja Pelaku Usaha Industri Bangunan Di Kota Pekanbaru

This study aims to analyze the effect of Motivation, Business Ability and Opportunity on the entrepreneurship performance building industry in Pekanbaru City. The population of this study was entrepreneurship of building industry in Pekanbaru City The approach used is a survey method for 103 respondents who were determined by proportional random sampling. the analytical equipment used is Moderated Regression Analysis .
The results of this study found thatMotivation, Business Ability and Opportunity simultaneouslytrust had a significant effect on the entrepreneurship performance, Motivation had a significant effect on the entrepreneurship performance, Business Ability had a significant effect on the entrepreneurship performance, then Oppportunity had a significant effect on the entrepreneurship performance.The most dominant factor influencing the performance of building industry entrepreneurs in the city of pekanbaru is ability.
