Pengaruh Kompensasi Non Finansial Dan Kompentensi Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Dengan Komitmen Organisasi Sebagai Moderasi Pada Perawat Rumah Sakit Petala Bumi Provinsi Riau Pekanbaru
A hospital is one of the health facilities, whether organized by the government or the private sector, which functions to carry out basic health or referral health efforts and supporting health efforts. Therefore, to achieve the goals of the organization, the hospital must improve the performance of its nurses, for example by looking for factors that affect performance, such as nonfinancial compensation, competence and organizational commitment.
This research will be conducted at Nurses Hospital Pekanbaru Petala Bumi. The data collection technique used is using a questionnaire. As for analyzing data, the SPSS 17.00 for Windows and WarPls programs are used.
The results of this study indicate that: non-financial compensation and competence affect the performance of nurses. Meanwhile, organizational commitment is able to strengthen the influence of non-financial compensation and competence on nurse performance at Hospital Petala Bumi Pekanbaru. Based on the results of the study, the company must be able to improve the performance of nurses, namely by improving their level of work ability and also by providing non-financial compensation in accordance with their performance.
