Pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja Dan Disiplin Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada PT. Sarana Agro Nusantara (SAN) Unit Dumai
This study aims to see and know the effect of Work Experience and Discipline Towards Staff Performance on Work Satisfaction as Intervening Variable. The population and target in this study are 96 respondents of Sarana Agro Nusantara Corp in Dumai used census sampling method. Analyzer used is Path Analysis by using program of Smart PLS 3.2.8 version.
The results of this study found Work Experience had no effect on Work Satisfaction, Discipline directly had a significant effect on Work Satisfaction. Work Experience, Discipline and Work Satisfaction affect Staff performance. While Work Experience and Discipline affect Staff performance through Work Satisfaction
