Pengaruh Lingkungan Bisnis Dan Strategi Bisnis Terhadap Kinerja Usaha Dengan Kebijakan Pemerintah Sebagai Variabel Moderating (Studi Pada Industri Percetakan Di Kota Pekanbaru)

This study aims to analyze the influence of the business environment on business performance. Influence of the business environment on business strategies. Influence of the business environment and business strategy on business performance through government policies. And the influence of business strategies on business performance.
The research population was 172 printing industries in Pekanbaru City. 172 The sample in this study was the total population of 120 printing businesses. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The data analysis used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS.
The results of this study indicate that the business environment influences government policy. The business environment influences business performance. Business strategies affect government policy. The business environment has a significant effect on business performance through government policies. Business strategy does not affect business performance through government policies. This is because most businesses that are run are continuing from their parents' business, so that they have a fixed market share and customers. So that government policies do not mediate the influence of strategies on company performance.
