Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Komitmen Dan Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. PLN (Persero) Area Pekanbaru
This study aimed to determine and analyze the influence of job satisfaction and organizational culture on employee commitment and performance. The effect of job satisfaction and organizational culture on employee performance with employee commitment and the influence of employee commitment to employee performance. The research population was the employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Pekanbaru area, totaling 220 people. The sample in this study were 142 people. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data, while the data collection tech used were questionnaires. The data analysis used in this study was the path analysis with the help of SPSS version 22. The result of this study indicate that satisfaction and organizational culture influenced employee commitment and performance. Organizational culture and satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance through commitment. Commitment has a significant effect on performance. Employees who always feel happy about their work are now followed by the willingness of employees to work harder for the achievement of company goals, making employee performance increase. The better commitment that will positively improve performance.
