Pengaruh Pengetahuan Perkoperasian, Kompetensi Manajerial Dan Kompetensi Kewirausahaan Terhadap Partisipasi Anggota Dan Dampaknya Terhadap Kinerja Koperasi Wanita Di Kota Pekanbaru

This study aims to examine the effect of cooperative knowledge, managerial competence, and entrepreneurial competence on member participation and its impact on the performance of Women's Cooperatives in Pekanbaru.
The population were all women cooperatives with active status. The sample were women cooperatives who met the criteria in Pekanbaru City with 24 female cooperatives as big as 70 persons. Sampling applies a purposive sampling method. The tool used in analyzing data is the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program version 22.0.
The results of this study indicate that: (1) Cooperative knowledge, managerial competence and entrepreneurial competence affect member participation, (2) Cooperative knowledge and managerial competence affect performance, while entrepreneurial competence does not affect performance, and (3) Member participation is able to mediate the effect of cooperative knowledge and managerial competence on performance, but it can not mediate the effect of entrepreneurial competence on performance.
