Pengaruh Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan, Persepsi Manfaat Dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Kepuasan Dan Niat Menggunakan Kembali Aplikasi Ovo Pada Mahasiswa Pascasarjana Universitas Riau
This study intend to determine and analyze the perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and trust in the satisfaction and continuance of OVO Application intention at the University of Riau Postgraduate Students. The population of the Graduate School of University of Riau is 2,562 active students who have transacted through the OVO application. Then used a purposive sampling approach with a sample of 100 respondents by distributing questionnaires and online questionnaires. Data processing questionnaire in this study using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS.
These results show that perceived ease of use does not have a significant effect on continuance intention, and satisfaction does not significantly influence continuance intention, so both of these hypotheses are rejected. On the contrary, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and trust have a significant effect on satisfaction. As well as the perceived usefulness and trust significant effect on continuance intention, then the hypothesis is acceptable. The result of the Goodness of Fit show a value of 0.80 or 80% which means that the accuracy of this research model can explain the diversity of research variables.
